Secure Gold Supply Partnership Proposal with Escrow Protection
Dear Sir,
I am writing to present an opportunity for a secure and mutually beneficial gold supply partnership.
Due to the absence of certified refineries in Ghana, along with the recently enacted Goldbod Law—which grants exclusive authority to Goldbod as the sole government-accredited entity for exporting refined gold (99.99% purity)—local small-scale and artisanal miners have been significantly affected.
At present, we lack the technical capacity and machinery to refine gold to international standards. As a result, we offer our gold in its unrefined form as dorĐš bars, typically around 22 karats or higher. Refinement can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. To compensate for this, we are offering a discounted rate of 15% per kilogram, providing you with sufficient margin after refining to 24 karats.
In response to the current regulatory environment and government control over gold trading, my colleagues and I have chosen to explore alternative channels for exporting our gold. With this in mind, I seek to establish a transparent and long-term business relationship based on trust and reliability. To ensure the security of the transaction, I propose the use of a third-party escrow attorney based in the United States.
Under this arrangement, both parties can proceed with confidence. We can begin with shipments ranging from 20kg to 50kg. No upfront payment is required. You would simply establish an escrow account with the attorney as a guarantee. Upon delivery, inspection, and confirmation of the gold, you would then authorize the release of funds to us.
If you are interested in proceeding, I will provide a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for your review and consideration.
Kind regards,
Azizi Kamau
